I was happy with hotel's absolutely perfect location near best Tatra attractions. Location: the property was near Airport too as well as the train station. Lucky that it was not very far from Sparky's Grill, offering food to go. The staffs were amicable & active.

Pity, but the beds were squeaky.

Clean and cozy place with delicious breakfast options. The hotel is located in a peaceful neighborhood, close to the mountains and provides secure parking. Staff is friendly and check-in process is easy.

Great view of the mountains from the balcony and the room was kept very clean throughout our stay. Good location as it was close to some nice restaurants. The bed was comfortable enough for us to sleep well.

The check-in process was a bit frustrating as there was no one waiting for us, even though we had notified them of our arrival time. We had to call a number and deal with someone who didn't speak our language. Also, the walls were quite thin, so we could hear everything happening in the neighboring rooms. The location of the hotel was not very convenient for us as it was quite far from the main attractions and we had to rely on taxis to get around.

No major issues, everything was absolutely fine.

I chose to visit the Exaltation of the Holy Cross Orthodox Church in Poprad and booked a stay at Vila Martina solely because of its convenient location. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the housekeeping service, which was provided once per stay. the inclusion of a barbecue at Vila Martina was a wonderful feature.
